Cork: Excellent condition
Presence of sediment.
App: Clear, wide garnet rim, medium ruby core, medium legs
Nose: Clean, medium intensity of a herbaceous nature of green peppers, developing aromas of charred wood underlined by black fruit scents of black currant, ripe cherries and a liquorice hint.
Palate: Dry, low acidity, mature velvety tannins, medium-full body, well structured, flavour intensity of soft black fruit, leather, vanilla, liquorice and new oak. Medium + finish.
Conclusion: A rounded, well structured red wine, predominantly showing Cabernet Franc varietal characteristics but also terroir driven. Warming, elegant & well delineated.
